Davila Consent Order

Haytham: I attach a draft consent scheduling order. I don’t really like the format which I made up by looking at what forms I had. I think there has to be a form where you sign off making a representation that you have conferred with counsel and these are the available dates, and then the Judge signs off ordering the dates, but I don’t see one on the Court’s website. If you have any suggestions, I am happy to revise this order. Thanks.
