Anas' signature required for IRS form

hi Haytham,

Hope all is well.

I'm helping Iman with some IRS forms and she and Anas decided to
withdraw their current offer with the agency.

She has already signed the required form, but the IRS contact person
says Anas also has to sign it.

I will go ahead and fax the form to your office with Iman's signature
today. Would you kindly take the form with you the next time you see
Anas for him to sign it?

Once that is done, you can either fax it back to me or directly to the
IRS office - number available on the form.
