Haytham: Do you still want discovery requests drafted and a notice of deposition? Are we deposing the Plaintiff or someone else? Also, where do you want to conduct the deposition? I am looking for forms or templates and am not sure where those are on the system. If you still want these done, can you suggest another case where we have done a notice of deposition and request for admissions?
