Here is my counter offer. No NJP I will just resign. I also want a letter of apology from Ms Buckmon (NCIS) to my wife and mother for harassing them. I know that they probably won't go for this but I figured they are the ones backed in the corner so I will ask.

2009= Leaves fleet early to come to Barracks because she was having affair with the 3
2009= 8th & I Ball gets into argument with Maj Warren's wife over nature of their relationship then husband leaves her as she gets so drunk she passes out in the middle of officers suite and Maj Rush Filson has to carry her away.
2010= February 2010:
tells my XO Capt Chris Warnagiris that she slept with me. He never asks me about it bc I am his boss.
2010= May 2010: Found in bed by Capt Bryan Wilson with another Marine in Center House. Wilson tells XO LtCol Clif Henger and investigation ensues.
2010= August 2010: Gets in fight with male Corporal in a bar across the street from barracks. This is caught on tape and given to command.
2010= Sept 2010 has my wife over to her house the week after she later alleges I assaulted her,
2010= Sept 2010 asks me for a letter of reference for her NJP for hitting the Marine
2010= Sept 2010 gets NJP'd for hitting Marine, loses promotion to Captain. Goes nuts at NJP and starts accusing against everyone at 8th & I including she was assaulted by Maj Andrew Warren and harassed by Capt Bryan Wilson.
Fall 2010= Moves from 8th & I to henderson hall and continues to contact myself and my wife for
resume help and general conversation.
Jan 2011= Tells Ms Buckmon that I assaulted her after Maj John Barclay and LtCol Nicole Hudspeth's investigations turned up questions about the nature of our relationship.
