Attached is a new settlement demand from Cynowa. You’ll note an inconsistency (perhaps unremarkable for Theresa) in the numeric and alphanumeric settlement amounts demanded – i.e., “$250,000.00” and “three hundred thousand dollars.” However, this demand is appreciably less than the last one (which was $820,000).
