I can tell them we want all their counterfeit product. There's no real way to tell. I can hire an investigator to find out for sure.

He has been importing CocoNara 84 pcs. This is size that we first introduced when we starting distributing CocoNara, but we discontinued this size since at least 2 years now. Right now we only offer CocoNara 108pcs, CocoNara 45pcs and CocoNara 16pcs. The CocoNara 84pcs that Baroody have been importing doesn't have the USA stamp on the inside of the box. Also, on the outside of the box it is missing my company Name & contact info. Which is a proof that it is not ours and we didn't import it. Also our original boxes comes with a flyer inside with information about the product and our contact information on it. I know that his CocoNara 84pcs doesnt have our flyer. I am not sure if they even have a flyer in theirs.

I am attaching a picture of the CocoNara 108pcs size that shows you how our boxes have my company name on it.I have heard that he has been selling to customers in NY and IL. I am sure he is also selling to customers in different states since he is a big distributor and he has customers all over the USA.

I will email you Trademark papers tonight when I get home but I just wanted to send you this information so that You can get started or ask me if you have any questions.
