					Please review the following important updates:

1.  At its September 2011 session, the Judicial Conference approved changes to 
the miscellaneous fee schedules for the district court.  These changes will 
become effective November 1, 2011.  For a list of these changes, please visit 
the court's web site.

2.  The court recently implemented the ability for filing user's to file 
initiating civil miscellaneous cases electronically.  These cases include:

*Motions to Quash
*Registration of Judgments
*Appointment of Receiver
*Letters Rogatory
*Petition to Enforce IRS Summons (U.S. Attorney Only)
*Application for Writ of Continuing Garnishments (U.S. Attorney Only)

A guide to filing civil miscellaneous cases has been added to the "Resources" 
section of the Court's CM/ECF Page.  Please review these instructions before 
attempting to file a civil miscellaneous case.
