Re: Saad, Joseph & Zihra v City of Dearborn Heights, et. al.

Ms. Waldenmayer,

we have tried to contact Mr. Clark by email and by telephone over the past few days (we log all outgoing phone calls).  Regrettably, we have been unable to reach Mr. Clark regarding the discovery issues raised in our correspondence.  Is Mr. Clark currently on vacation or otherwise unavailable?  If so, is there another attorney at the CMDA offices we can correspond with on legal matters until Mr. Clark becomes available?

Please advise.

Cordially,

Nick
