Discovery Correspondence

Jeff,

When I spoke to Mr. Sturdy he indicated that we would "revisit" our objections to the parties' discovery responses after the depositions.  To date, I have not been told anything different.  Has Defendants' position now changed in light of our Motion for a Protective Order?  If so, given that Defendants have already deposed both Plaintiffs (and asked many questions that are identical to those asked in Defendants' Interrogatories), please let us know specifically which interrogatories you require supplements to (i.e., the questions not already asked and answered during the deposition).

We would appreciate your prompt reply so we can provide you with everything you require.

Cordially,

Nick
