Good morning Haytham, I didn't get your message until late last night. Two quick things: 1. As you've probably seen by now, they are telling Jim to come out here next week. I have no info on that. Do you know what they want? 2. As for Jeremy Owens, as I mentioned last week, he will be given immunity from prosecution by the Feds so he can provide his candid testimony under oath. Hopefully when he does it will kill this case once and for all. A new deposition may be why they want Jim back out here next week. I'll send you the transcript from the 1st deposition. If they don't kill this after they talk to Jeremy again, we are slated to go to trial on the 1st of October. However, none of the dates for motions, witness lists, or anything else are documented because I don't you have ever agreed to a PTO. Let me know if I'm off base with that.
