Haytham, 2 integrity issues on recruiting. The first was he was falsifying his contact data. His MSgt gave him a "freebie" and verbally counseled him because he was a new recruiter, but told him it would not be tolerated. The MSgt later wrote it down in conjunction with a relief for cause package after a later NJP for telling a recruit to lie about drug use. Later NJP was for 107 and 92. Two instances of integrity issues: 1) telling recruit to lie and put down he smoked pot 2x instead of 75x. 2)Then SSgt Wilson falsified some paperwork related to the same.
