All:

Attached please find today’s Order, in which we entered into a briefing schedule in regard to our motion to dismiss all claims against Lisa and Counts III & VI of the Second Amended Complaint.  In addition, we are set to be back before Judge Maras on a status & case management call on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, after our motion to dismiss has been fully briefed.  Thanks.
