Yes, it's the application process to get insurance to buy out a partner's estate and compensate the firm to aid in the transition due to loss of partner revenue, reassigning cases etc. (in person, no doubt a company requirement to avoid insurance fraud of some sort). We also have lots of new info regarding 401K offering for the firm, as well as short and long term disability for all employees (surprisingly affordable).
