Bill, We have a status hearing this coming
Tuesday. One of the issues that I expect to come up is the possibility of
the Court setting the case for a settlement conference, which is typical in
civil cases. Should the Court set a date for a settlement conference this
fall, I will want to make sure to schedule it for a date that you can be
