How Much Time Do You Spend on Grooming Before Your Workday?

This week, we noted a study that looked for a correlation between the time workers spend on grooming before work--showering, styling hair, selecting and ironing clothes, shaving, trimming nails, applying makeup and polishing shoes--and their earnings.
The study found that nonwhite men who do more daily grooming earn more, while white women who report spending more time on these activities also report lower pay.
So this week, we'd like to ask you: How much time do you spend on grooming before your workday? What do you do, and why do you do it? Do you perhaps think you're spending too much time on your grooming or not as much time as you should?
