Counsel,

At our 802 conference we held on Saturday, 27 August, the following dates were set:

Wednesday, 30 November, 0830 = 802 session and 39(a) for pre-admission of evidence, etc.
Thursday, 1 December, 0830 = Begin session with the members.  Proceed until termination of the trial.  Planned through 23 December.

I received notice over the weekend from Col Sullivan that the defense is appealing the NMCCA ruling to CAAF.  We will proceed with the trial schedule unless a stay is granted by CAAF.
