Haytham,
When I was at CID today, CPT Wright wanted to know if we were interested
to stipulating to the admissibility of anything in order to avoid having
to call certain witnesses, ie., chain of custody for items that we are
not disputing. Specifically he referred to the DNA and fingerprints. I
told him that I would let you know they were interested in doing that.
Also, please send any future e-mails to my gmail account so that I can
access it while I am gone.
