As stated in my email of 6 Aug, we will start the motions at 0800 on 29 Aug.  I will finish by 10.  Members arrive at 1000 on same day. Then, we'll do voir dire and begin the presentation of evidence.

Sir, 

Given that we have only one motion scheduled for 29 AUG, would you be willing to conduct voir dire as well that day?  I think defense will agree that with the number of factual issues in the case, it would probably help us to get to the finish line by 1 SEP.
