The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is a dynamic, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with:

- A five-year base

- A five-year option

- A $10 billion ceiling

- For use by:

-- Federal Civilian

-- DOD

- Direct Order Authority

(up to $4 million)

8(a) STARS II will streamline procurement for federal agencies since participants have already been pre-competed. Also, because each technology provider has been proven, agencies are assured quality work with a shorter procurement lead time, lower user access fee all while receiving socioeconomic credit.
