RE: U.S. v. 1Lt Burke, Def Motion for Continuance

Counsel,

A few hours after the military judge granted the continuance, we realized that 10 Oct 2011 is Columbus Day.  Would you be opposed to starting on the 11th instead and going to the 14th, assuming the judge would grant the modified request?  The Government would like to avoid a revolt from the member panel . . .
