1Lt Burke, Just to give you a bit of a timeline, we probably won't have a ruling from the judge as to when the trial will be scheduled until Friday or even early next week. Once we submit our motion, which is due by COB Wed, then trial counsel has two days to respond to the motion and then the judge will respond. I just didn't want you sitting around Wednesday evening wondering why you don't have a new trial date yet. /r Ranae L.
