Ok great; funds would held in client trust account on behalf of 3DGS and upon accounting review and structure recommendation completed by Ernst and Young, and mutually accepted by Brian Savino (individual investor) Augusta Energy (individual investor) and 3DGS, funds would be transferred to 3DGS and credited against total invested funds due at closing.

Can we do this today?

                the investor I told you about wants to send us some earnest money; can I have them send it to a client trust account and have you receive the funds? One investor is sending $150,000 and the other is sending $350,000.
