OK, so no need for a motion to compel for now?  Are you working the motion for a delay?

BTW, my new office number is 240-612-4792 and I can still be reached on my cell at 808-778-6761 (although reception is not great in my office building).

Yes.  He was disappointed with the NAF action denying our expert request, but says they are pressing ahead with getting their own expert.  So when that is confirmed, our request will be granted, pursuant to the well-known parity requirement.
