In order to justify getting a continuance in the case from the second week in Aug to sometime in Oct, we'll need a fairly specific week-by-week description of any schedule conflicts you have. You don't necessarily have to be unavailable every week. All it takes is for one essential member of the defense team to be unavailable for any given week. But I'll need to present a comprehensive calendar to the Military Judge in order for him to give us the delay.
I know it's a pain, but it has to be done so that we can give each of ourselves sufficient time to prepare.
"Psycho" Dave, please forward your C-V as time permits.
Ranae and Haytham, can you send me your periods of unavailability, as well?
