Nick, It would be helpful if you would list for us the witnesses who will not be in the local area and/or difficult to produce due to deployment. (The original reason you wanted to talk). As to all of those, we will want them to testify in person. I don't want you to confuse our position on wanting to have witnesses testify in person with an earlier discussion we had about witnesses we had decided we no longer needed. The latter has not changed. Any witness who we said we won't need, we still won't need. Neither Haytham nor I can recall any discussion wherein we agreed to alternatives to live testimony.
