Make sure heâs there when you walk through. The owners failure to provide an inspection sheet means thereâs no baseline to go off of. That also means youâre failure to raise discrepancies after move in indicates that everything in the house was acceptable. It is expected that there will be normal wear to the house but it canât be excessive. As youâre walking through, you need to ensure youâre taking detailed notes and making sure you photograph anything that he says needs fixing.
