| H and R, I've sent the recording to two audio experts. We're getting two analyses and will compare them. We'll pick the best one who can offer testimony that contradicts the accuser's version of events, if possible. Worst case, we get from them that the phone call appears to be made from outside a car and the car sound is a car driving away from the phone. In that case, we don't use an audio expert at all, and hope the Govt doesn't either. ;-) Will keep you posted. Talked to client (who authorized paying the two experts for initial consultation).
