Attached please find the fee agreement that Mr. Faraj discussed with you, once you have reviewed and signed the document please return it back to me via e-mail or facsimile.
The fee advance can be paid by check, credit card or wire transfer (information will be sent on request). If you would like to pay via credit card, please call into the office during regular business hours and I will be able to assist you.
