The current director is a civilian – so I wonder if she’s getting retired, and hired as a civilian or if they will make that an O-6 job again, for her.

Gentlemen,

I found out where Col Smith is going... MCC T49, Director, Naval Counsel Personnel Boards (Arlington, VA)... this is too ironic. Anyone who had issues with her before is now going to be subject to her review. I may even end up there. This is crazy!
