I am securing a recording device for the interviews. I'll download it all onto a computer, burn to a disc, and deliver to you. Do you want to be 'present' via telephone, like you suggested? Or do you have something else in mind?
I don't have the greatest amount of faith that Maj Mitchell has set these interviews up, however. I spoke with the Mike Co. CO today and he was not aware of the request to interview. I'll let you know if I receive any kind of response from Maj Mitchell. He is notoriously slow to respond to e-mail and telephone calls.

A continuance was granted in the above case until 3-17 August. SSgt Lopez's civilian counsel, Mr. Haytham Faraj, and I would like to interview the witnesses who are student-lieutenants at TBS on Thursday, 2 June, beginning at 0900.
