RE: Court Action in Wuterich



My initial take is that Hohman is favorable to our position--it re-emphasizes that Vokey's unique skills from having done the site visit would make replacement counsel an inadequate remedy.

Under standard rules, we have 20 days from date of the wrong complained of to file a writ.  We need to strategize.
