Also, I assume we are going to need the record of trial, including the ex parte proceeding for the appellate court.  I have not heard anything from the court reporters regarding this.  Would you please check to see when their transcription of our last sessions will be finished.  I would like both the public and the ex parte sessions to be sent to me via email.

The court reporters are to be reminded that no one sees the ex parte transcript except for me!
