Military Law CLE. Very informative and nicely done program.
Apparently Mr. Hammoud elected to proceed pro se,
although Mr. Fakih did say in a letter to the court that he advised Mr. Hammoud
that the corporation could not proceed in that fashion. We’ll see
what happens. Thank you for considering me for that matter.
