No ruling on our most recent motion to abate the proceedings until the government restores the detailed defense counsel (LtCol Vokey) to the trial team. If the MJ rules in our favor, I'm sure the government will appeal the ruling. If he rules against us, we'll take another writ petition to NMCCA seeking to reverse that ruling. Hope you're well.
