Haytham, Sorry for not getting involved yesterday. I was in a hearing all day. It sounds like the continuance went well. On that same point, I was asked by my SDC earlier in the week to go to a course on 15-19 August (defending sex assault cases). So, my question for you is if we think it will in fact be from 3-17 Aug. Apparently the TCs are saying they'll only actually call 15 witnesses, but that's not reliable if they're listing 62. So, what's your take? Will I be able to make the course? Also, a couple of other follow ups on my end: 1. Now that the continuance is in, I'm going to be working with Maj Mitchell to get us a place to interview the Lts at TBS for Thursday, 2 June, per our previous discussion. 2. Also, I'm going to work with the OCS Adjutant to get the record books and all other discovery items from OCS previously requested. Let me know if there's anything I should pass up on, but my primary focus is going to be all the candidate record books and all these essays (some may be in our client's hands, though). Also, I'm going to review our previous requests, but I think we probably want the record books of all the other government and defense witnesses, to include Capt Kraics, GySgt Kelton, GySgt Davis, et al.
