The charge sheet is attached.  I don’t have any information besides the fact that the charges were withdrawn and dismissed.  The Article 32 report was completed about 2 weeks ago in which the IO recommended that charges not be referred to court-martial.

I was notified late last night that the Convening Authority has withdrawn and dismissed the charge and three specifications in the case of U.S. v. Card.  Maj Card is no longer charged with any offenses.  He expects to be reassigned soon.
