I understand and agree to the fee agreement, but want to clarify a few things.
1) Since I will have a military attorney we will be able to request any experts through the government without incurring any addition fees to the 10k?
2) As we discussed, no travel is foreseen at this time due to the fact that you are located in Alexandria, Va and if we do need travel we can send the military attorney in order to have the government pick up that cost?
3) You will let me know prior to execution if I will incur any costs above the 10k, so that we can discuss? I can't really financially afford any surprises.
Beyond that I am good to go and feel a good bit better knowing that I have you watching my 6 on this. Attached is the fee agreement and I will await your response. My wife added in the to: line here for her SA.
Bethany- Mr. Faraj and I discussed making a 2k to 3k initial payment on this immediately and then making payments to completion by the time of the Article 32 hearing. I can pay by credit card if that is possible as it will be much quicker than mailing a check. Please let me know what is convenient for you?
