Subject: Cynowa v. CSSS, et al.

This morning there is a hearing on the Blackline trial call.  This is the same type of hearing that Cynowa’s counsel missed in 2009 that led to the case being dismissed (before it was later reinstated).  Judge Maras, who is the judge we appeared before on the summary judgment motion, handles the Blackline trial call.  As a result, I expect that she will merely remove the case from the trial call given the pending motions before her.  We will report back later this morning to let you know how it went.

Kevin
