I did receive your other email. Unfortunately, the record of trial may take up to 120 days after the conclusion of the trial. At which time the CG must take final action to conclude the court martial.
No decision from the court becomes final until the convening authority (the commanding general) approves or disapproves the findings and sentence; he is the final arbiter at the trial level. As a note, the official sentence was "No Punishment" and a unanimous recommendation from the members for the findings to be set aside, the CG cannot increase the punishment, but may lessen or disapprove any portion of the findings or sentence. Until the CG takes final action, the court martial is still convened. I will let you know when he does so, and what the final verdict is at that time. He may do so at any time.
If you would like the New Orleans paperwork, I can send that separately.

Please provide complete, official, written documentation that supports your statements below regarding your acquittal of the sexual assault charges in the military proceedings, as well as the dismissal of the charges by the New Orleans District Attorney in 2008. It also is our understanding that during the military proceedings, you were convicted of one charge based upon a finding that you were not truthful during the June 2007 Critical Issues Board hearing. We will need complete, official, written documentation regarding that conviction and the determinations made during the military proceeding to support the conviction.

I was never given my final grades from Spring semester 2009 for the following classes: Wills & Trusts (Professor McCouch) and Professional Responsibility (Professor Martin). Once graded, I should have the necessary credits for the degree.
