Your Honor, The government and the defense request an R.C.M. 802 conference as soon as you are available. Both the government and the defense are flexible as to the time for the 802, when I spoke with Mr. Faraj earlier this morning, I believe that this evening will work for the parties (if the Court is available). For once, both the defense and the government are also in the same time zone, and thus, coordination should be simplified somewhat.
