Fantastic effort. Way to bring it home. 
Depending on the strength of your sentencing case, you should consider doing what Chris Hur and Haytham Faraj did out west and in your sentencing argument ask the members to make a clemency recommendation to the CA to set aside the findings. Might be worth calling Chris or Haytham to discuss how they did it effectively in the Wacker case.

I just returned from watching your captivating closing argument.  You simply nailed it!  You didn't just hit a home run, but a Grand Slam.  You exceeded our high expectations as evidenced by Maj Hoover and I flexing at one another (in private) outside the courtroom after your closing.  Well done!  Regardless of results, your client was very well represented by Maj Libretto and yourself.  I watched closely, the members hung on every word!
