RE: Remarks concerning Major Workman's Witness List

They might and probably will, but we will not most of the time, and certainly never in front of members. We'll discuss more tomorrow.

Okay, Roger that... I had thought that was what the Judge, IO, and
SJA-types would refer to me as...

Also, I see that you have referred to yourself as the accused. That is a
term we will not normally use when referring to you. You are Maj Card.

Defense Council (Haytham, Adam, & Jim),

I've taken the Witness List, which Major Workman had sent around earlier
today, at 1745. And, I've done a little editing. First, I migrated the
list to Excel, then I sorted the list (but, kept the assignments the same)
by "Examining DC" data and the availability of the Witness (the 'Status'
column). Finally, I added my own, color-coded remarks, and turned the
document into .PDF; so, that we can all view it in the manner intended. I
hope this will be of some assistance to you. The 'Red' remarks concern the
most important people involved with this case, the 'Orange' remarks concern
those Witnesses with whom I recall basic familiarity, and the 'Grey' remarks
serve only to tell you that I don't really know anything about this
Witness...

Please tell me what else I can do for you. How can I help you gentlemen
best prepare for this?
I've been granted (by the Commander) whatever time that I need this week to
prepare for this Hearing. If need be, please direct me whatever manner,
which you feel is appropriate.
