RE: U.S. v. Wacker UCI findings

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
Haytham,

I've spoken to Chris about this, but wanted to hear your take.

Are you sending the findings of fact for UCI to Col Baker or MajGen Ary or the IGMC or JAG IG? Is there anyone else who should receive this? And if so, what other materials need to accompany it.

I was interested to see that Judge Jones used very loose terminology to state (or rather to not state) that Col Smith lied on the stand as controverted by SA Burge, LtCol Trapp, Maj Blalock and Maj Budomo, along with the testimony of the "two inexperienced" litigants, Maj Bueno and Capt Ahn.

I am focused on the clemency issue right now, but for the future what is the process of an ex writ to NMCCA? Is there a timeline? I know there is a two-year period for a 69(b) appeal to SJA to CMC.
