| Frank, CAAF denied our appeal, but gave us leave to resolve the issues once again and in a slightly different way with motions at trial. We're on the phone with Judge Jones early tomorrow morning to schedule our next hearing. We're going to try to get him to do it before 27 June (hopefully early June), in order to give us time to take another writ petition to NMCCA if he denies us relief again, on the request to restore Vokey to your defense.
