Mr. Clark,

We are writing to seek your concurrence in a Motion to Amend the Complaint to substitute the following defendants for the named John Doe Officers I - IV:

1.  Jeffrey Ross

2.  Officer Obiak

3.  Richard Duffany

4.  Rodney Smith 

Please let me know whether we have your concurrence.  If we do not hear from you by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow we will assume you do not concur in this Motion.

Also, will you accept service of a Notice of Deposition to these parties?  We plan on noticing the depositions for April 22nd and April 25th (10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
