I just spoke with Haytham Faraj from the defense team.  He indicated that he is available to participate in an R.C.M. 802 conference on Friday, 8 April 2011; the government is available that date as well.  

I propose that we schedule the 802 for 0500 pacific time, 0800 eastern time, and 2100 Okinawa time on Friday, 8 April 2011.    

Our conference line number 760-725-8101.  

The agenda of the R.C.M. 802 conference will include the recent CAAF ruling on the defense ex writ, and the way ahead.
