Included should be information about you and your practice. We'll also need a professional style photo. Once I get that, I'll send it to my website provider with directions on marketing (search terms, search engine optimization, pay per click, etc.) I recommend budgeting $1000/ month targeting this area and on whichever search terms seem to make the most sense to you.
