Capt Day,

I am requesting a transcript of the pretrial hearing 39a in U.S. v. Wacker.
Is the government planning to have them transcribed?  I am not sure how
cases with this type of outcome are handled.  I seem to recall that verbatim
transcripts are not completed.  If that's the case, please let me know what
we need to do to at least get the 39a hearing transcribed.
