RE: Cynowa v. CSSS, et al. -- draft summary judgment reply brief

Kevin -

I read through it pretty quickly. very well written and cogent arguments. I didn't see anything in there stating that Carver was violating privilege siince he was previously employed by CSSS and a part of the management team. Perhaps that isn't important or helpful or I may have missed it since I did review the doc quickly.

Attached is a draft of our reply brief in support of the motion for summary
judgment. We will be filing this brief today, March 16, but welcome any
comments you have on it. Please send me your comments by no later than noon.

At present you will note that the brief is a little over 16 pages. We will
be working this morning to eliminate an extra page to keep the brief within
the 15-page limit.
