RE: CSSS coordination

The reality is that her amendments are not particularly substantive.  Mostly just cleaning up cites.  It won’t change our reply.

Subject: CSSS coordination

Kevin,

I have coordinated to be Chicago on the 28th.  I may not be able to make the Omaha meeting.  If I can’t make it, I’ll make myself available through Skype or by phone.  The subpoena for Carver is with the Court waiting on a judge to sign.  I’m going to send my assistant out again tomorrow to see if we can speed up the process.

I read the modifications from Theresa.  I imagine we’re going to move to strike.  Whatever response you created is going to be based on her previous writing.  Now she comes at us with several changes many days after her motion was due.
